Making home made pizza is easy!

It’s definitely worth giving a go and is great fun and so versatile its perfect to get the whole family involved. It was wonderful to chat to BBC Food all about pizza and especially all the things we learnt while making Pizza Boys.

The key thing to remember is not to stress about it and keep it simple. The best pizzaioli use what is available and accessible to them and you can use this mentality to make your own pizza at home. Not everyone has a 450*C Neapolitan style oven at home but that doesn’t mean you can’t make great tasting pizza. This article gives you some nice little tips.
